By using www.rovkin.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of Our Service
Eligibility:

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Custom Products & Orders
Made-to-Order Policy:
- All ROVKIN products are custom-made based on your specifications (AI design or Personalization).
- Once an order enters production (usually within 12 hours), it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted photos, text, and dates.
Production Time:
- Custom products typically require 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Payment is due at the time of order placement via Credit Card or PayPal.
- Billing Descriptor: Charges on your statement may appear as "ROVKIN" or "ROVKIN GIFTS".
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By submitting content, you grant ROVKIN a license to use it solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your custom order.
Our Content: The ROVKIN brand, logo, and website design are owned by Xuanyuan Global Limited and protected by copyright laws.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
- Custom/Personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
ROVKIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
