Refund & Return Policy

The ROVKIN Promise: We want you to love your custom gift. If there is an issue with quality, damage, or a mistake on our end, we will make it right—guaranteed.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

Zero-Hassle Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a print error, you do NOT need to return it.

What to do:
  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
  2. Email us at support@rovkin.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will send a free replacement immediately (or issue a refund if preferred).

2. Custom & Personalized Items

Because our products are custom-made specifically for you (with your names, photos, or AI designs), we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind / No longer needed.
  • Mistakes made by the customer (e.g., wrong spelling, wrong phone model selected, low-quality photo uploaded).

Please Note: Once an order is sent to production (usually within 12 hours), it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your personalization carefully before checkout.

3. Return Process (Non-Custom Items)

For non-personalized items (e.g., standard jewelry without custom cards), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@rovkin.com for a Return Authorization.
  2. We will provide you with the correct US return address (Tampa, FL).
  3. Do not send items back to the address on the package without contacting us first.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Approval: Once your return/photo claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • Late Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company first, then contact us.
