If you believe that any content on ROVKIN™ infringes your intellectual property rights, you may file a DMCA notice. We take copyright protection seriously and respond promptly to valid claims.
A. Procedure for Reporting Infringement
To request removal of content that you believe infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (URLs required).
- A description of how the material infringes your rights.
- Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
B. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification of the material removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
- Your contact information.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
*We may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless a court order is sought.
C. Important Notice
⚠️ Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
