Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes! You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request changes (address, design tweaks) or cancellation. After 6 hours, your order enters production and cannot be changed. Please email us immediately if you need help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You can also track it via the "Track Order" link in our menu.

How long does shipping take?
It depends on the item type:
• Ready-to-Ship (Stock): 2–5 Business Days.
• Custom Made-to-Order: 5–9 Business Days (includes production time).

🎖 AI Design & Customization
Will I see a preview before printing?
Yes! For most items, you will see an instant preview on the product page. For complex "Concierge Service" orders (like Royal Portraits), our artists will email you a digital proof for approval within 24 hours before we print.
What if my photo quality is low?
Don't worry! Our AI engine is designed to enhance and upscale photos. If a photo is too blurry to use, our support team will contact you to request a new one before production.
♻️ Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged?
No need to return it! If your item arrives broken or defective, simply email us a photo within 48 hours. We will send a free replacement immediately.
Can I return personalized items?
Because these items are custom-made just for you, we generally cannot accept returns for "change of mind." However, if there is a quality issue or a mistake on our part, we will always make it right.
